8 Palestinians Die in 24 Hours, Israel Keeps Bombarding Gaza Despite Ceasefire
Gaza's Health Ministry reported that eight Palestinians died in the last 24 hours from Israeli attacks. Seven of the victims were killed in fresh strikes, and another died from earlier wounds. On top of that, 34 injured people were rushed to hospitals across the Gaza Strip.
Even though a ceasefire has been in place since October 10, 2025, the attacks haven't stopped. Since that date, 978 people have been killed and 3,097 wounded. Rescue teams also pulled 782 bodies from the rubble. Overall, the death toll since October 2023 has hit 72,988, with 173,205 injured.
With so few ambulances and civil defense units available, lots of bodies are still trapped under the debris or lying on the roadsides.
