1,820 Joint TNI-Polri Personnel Secure the International Sufi Tauhid Scholars' Mudzakarah

BANDA ACEH - A total of 1,820 joint personnel from the TNI, Polri, and local government elements were deployed to secure the 2nd International Mudzakarah of Sufi Tauhid Scholars in 2026, happening on October 9–11, 2026. A troop assembly was held at the Meuligoe Hall of the Aceh Regional Police on Friday (10/9), led by Banda Aceh Police Chief, Senior Commissioner Teguh Priyambodo Nugroho. Aceh Regional Police's Head of Public Relations, Senior Commissioner Joko Krisdiyanto, said this assembly was to check readiness so personnel can do their jobs professionally, with a human touch, and be responsive. The security work covers cross-agency coordination to handle possible disruptions, manage traffic, and keep order around the venue. The Aceh Regional Police, together with the TNI and local government, are committed to making scholars, participants, and invited guests feel safe.
